How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This is not a shipping confirmation email, it's an email to inform you that we've received your order! Once your order is shipped and has actually left our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information and tracking number.


How to track my order and see its status in real-time?

A shipping confirmation containing a Tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment! Simply copy the given tracking code, and paste it here www.17track.net. You'll then be able to see exactly where your package is right now!


Why didn't I receive an order confirmation/shipping confirmation email?

After you place your order, we always send an order confirmation email to the email you provided us. We also send a shipping confirmation after we ship your order. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder for the emails.


Do you accept PayPal?
