Cancellations

You'll have the ability to cancel your order within 1 hour of completing your order. If 1 hour has gone by since you made the order, please email us at the email below, and we'll still find an alternative solution for you!

To cancel your order, please email us within 1 hour of completing your order at the email found below, and make sure to do so from the same email that you used to purchase. Also, please include the word 'Cancel' in your email's body or Subject. Your order will then be automatically after your submission, and a full refund will be credited to your original payment method within 24 hours. Note: credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Remember:

  • Only send us a cancellation request using the same email that you used to purchase in order for us to make sure it's a legit request from a real customer, else, we won't be able to cancel your order.
  • Don't forget to include the word 'Cancel' in your email in order for our automated system to cancel your order automatically. Example: 'I want to cancel my order / Please cancel my order...etc'. If you don't include the word 'cancel', our automated system will not recognize your email as a cancellation request. We rely on automation because we can't guarantee that one of our customer service agents will read your email instantly and cancel your order before 1 hour has gone by since you made the order.
  • Make sure to do all the above steps within 1 hour of completing your order.
